🗓 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have your receipt or proof of purchase.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ryaessentials.com with proof of the issue (photo preferred).

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Refund timing depends on your payment provider and may take longer.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
